For hundreds of years, Freemasons have maintained meeting facilities in thousands of communities throughout the country. New York was home to some of the first Masonic Lodges built in the United States. Often these buildings were among some of the first permanent buildings in many town across the state. Round Hill Masonic Lodge is available for rent for both Masonic and non-Masonic functions. In many cases we have the largest, most affordable and most convenient site for weddings, receptions, meetings, dances, and many other functions.
The Round Hill Lodge Hall/Dining Room is available throughout the year and features a full service commercial kitchen and catering facility. Spacious dining complete with all tables and chairs plus convenient and ample parking with handicap access. Round Hill Masonic Lodge is independently operated by members of the Endicott community. The money that you spend renting our facility are re-distributed into the Endicott community by operating/maintaining the Lodge and through the many charitable contributions we make throughout the year. The Round Hill Masonic Lodge Hall Includes:
• Hall seats 300 comfortably.
• Male & Female Private Restrooms.
• Ample off-street parking available behind the hall.
• Tables and chairs included.
• Fully outfitted commercial kitchen includes commercial stove with 6 very large burners, 2 large ovens, and a double griddle, spacious refrigerators, freezer, commercial dishwasher, two double sinks, coffee makers, serving window, tables and chairs, and large areas for food preparation and cleanup.
Basic Rental Information:
Rental Rates – Weekend (Fri-Sun) full day downstairs only $700.00 + $500.00 damage cleaning deposit. $500.00 is refundable if no damage and facility is clean.
Mid-week rates: (Monday through Thursday) $80.00 per hour, 2 hour minimum. 3 hours or more calculated at $70 .00 per hour PLUS $500.00 refundable damage cleaning deposit. $500.00 is refundable if no damage and facility is clean.
*$100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to hold a reservation. No exceptions. Reservations are made on a first come/first serve basis. Balance of the rental will be due on the day of your event.
**A separate $500.00 REFUNDABLE DAMAGE deposit will also be due on the day of rental. This check will not be cashed and mailed back to you 48 hours after your event if no damage has occurred to the building.
***Up to 12 large trash bags (35-40 gallon bags) can be disposed of by the Lodge for a flat fee of $50.00. Otherwise, all trash MUST be removed immediately after your event.
